Refund policy

We do not offer returns or refunds. 

However, in the event your item is damaged in shipping or we missed a defect you may be entitled to a refund or remake. You can always contact us with questions at mapleleafpottery19@gmail.com.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 30 days to notify us of an issue. 


Custom Commissions
Certain types of items cannot be refunded or returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) as they were made uniquely for you.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or image of damaged pottery from mail accidents, and let you know if the refund or remake was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Handmade Policy

Each item is made by hand and will vary from the photo listing. Orders placed at different times will also vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the craft. Each item that leaves our shop is inspected and has received our quality approval. Size and ounce notes are approximations and can vary slightly but are generally a less than 5% difference.
