Shop Policies to Read Before Check Out

Due to the custom nature of pottery, please be sure to read the description of your item. Some pieces contain more texture than others. Refunds are not offered. However, if I missed a defect, please reach out. I appreciate your grace and patience.

If your item is damaged in the mail, please contact me immediately. Take pictures of the inside and outside of box. I will handle the insurance claim directly and work with you to get you a replacement piece. This can take up to two weeks for the claim and 6 weeks for a remake. Your patience is appreciated.
